Our Service provides AI-powered music generation using ACE-Step models. The Service allows you to:
- Generate original music from text prompts and lyrics
- Customize music with style tags, tempo, and other parameters
- Store and manage your generated music
- Share music publicly in our gallery
- Download generated audio files
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 require parental consent.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription Tiers & Credits
4.1 Tier Descriptions
- Free Tier: 10 credits/month, 30-60 second songs, Turbo model only
- Pro Tier ($9.99/month): 100 credits/month, 5-180 second songs, Quality model access
- Creator Tier ($24.99/month): 300 credits/month, 5-240 second songs, Extended mode access
4.2 Credit System
- Turbo model: 1 credit per generation
- Quality model: 2 credits per generation
- Extended mode: 3 credits per generation
- Credits are non-refundable except in cases of service failure
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Content Ownership & Licensing
5.1 Your Generated Content
You own the copyright to music generated from your original prompts and lyrics. We claim no ownership rights to your generated music.
5.2 Commercial Use Rights
- Free Tier: Personal use only, no commercial use
- Pro Tier: Full commercial use rights for generated music
- Creator Tier: Full commercial use rights including extended duration
5.3 Public Gallery License
By making a song public in the gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display and stream the song on our platform
- Allow other users to play and share links to the song
- Include the song in promotional materials for the Service
You may remove songs from the public gallery at any time.
5.4 AI-Generated Content Disclosure
All music is AI-generated using ACE-Step models. While you own the output, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may have copyright limitations in some jurisdictions
- Similar outputs may be generated for different users with similar prompts
- We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content
6. File Storage & Retention
6.1 Tier-Based Retention
- Free Tier: Files deleted after 7 days
- Pro Tier: Files retained for 30 days
- Creator Tier: Files retained for 30 days
6.2 Engagement-Based Protection
Songs that receive significant engagement (10+ plays OR 3+ likes) are automatically preserved indefinitely, regardless of tier.
6.3 Your Responsibilities
- Download important files before retention period expires
- We are not responsible for lost content after retention period
- Deleted files cannot be recovered
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use prompts or lyrics containing copyrighted material you don't own
- Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violates laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
- Abuse the API, scrape content, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits
- Generate content for illegal purposes
8. DMCA & Copyright Policy
We respect copyright law and expect users to do the same. If you believe content in our public gallery infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent (see Copyright Policy).
Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated.
9. Service Availability & Quality
9.1 No Guarantees
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- AI outputs may vary in quality and may not meet your expectations
- Generation failures due to model errors will refund credits
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
9.2 Model Limitations
ACE-Step models have known limitations including:
- May confuse similar genres or styles
- Output quality depends on prompt clarity
- Certain tag combinations may produce unexpected results
10. Termination
10.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
10.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
- Legal requirements or regulatory compliance
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Files will be deleted according to retention policy
- Outstanding credits and subscription fees are non-refundable
- Public gallery content may be removed

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters.
